ORIGIN

The Muse Factory is a unique, prêt-à-porter womenswear label based in Lagos, Nigeria known for its intricate yet whimsical aesthetic. Created in January 2015, (unofficially in October 2014) by a lawyer; the brand draws inspiration from designers like Ungaro, Valentino, Alexandra McQueen, amongst others.

In a short time, the brand has grown exponentially, reaching far beyond Nigeria’s borders, and priding itself on its signature complexity; an attribute which gave birth to its unspoken tagline: ‘More’.

Drawing on influences from an ever-changing world, the Muse Factory creates pieces that highlight fluidity, texture and intricate detailing, engineering its designs to create distinct silhouettes that playfully accentuate the female form.
