All our shipping is fulfilled by DHL. Deliveries within Nigeria take 1-3 business days, and international orders take 5-14 business days.

All orders will receive a tracking number.

Please note that all customs, import and tax duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

OUR RETURN POLICY

We hope you love your Muse Factory items! However, should you not be fully satisfied, you can exchange your item for another of similar value, or return the item and get store credit. Please send, your order details along with your reason for returning the item to themusefactory@yahoo.com. Please write "RETURNS" in the subject line.
